Francesco De Ficchy

Francesco is the Managing Director and board member of CapitaLink.
He began his career at the law firm Dentons Europe in Milan, working on debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate projects, and later worked in the banking and finance department at the law firm Pavia & Ansaldo in Rome.
He has been a lawyer registered with the Rome Bar Association since 2019 and has served and continues to serve as a board member in several important companies in the commercial and investment sectors, as well as acting as a promoter and coordinator of club deals.
He served as a scholar and university assistant at the chair of Commercial Law of the Law Faculty at Roma TRE University and is the author of numerous publications in legal journals and in the digital daily "Il Sole24 Ore" in the areas of corporate law and banking law.
Francesco graduated with highest honors in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with training experiences in corporate finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and speaks Italian, English, and French.
