Francesco is a Senior Manager at CapitaLink.
In his professional career, he has overseen numerous debt restructuring projects (single deals up to €150mln of debt) and M&As, working for the mutual satisfaction of the stakeholders involved in each operation he has followed. Francesco is also active in assisting with the search for bank financing in the technical form best suited to the clients' objectives.
In his role, he has supported SMEs in extraordinary finance operations, taking care of the drafting and analysis of business plans for startups and mature companies, company valuations, and the drafting of Information Memorandums for financiers and investors.
Previously, he worked in financial advisory in the Valuation team at Deloitte Financial Advisory and debt advisory for major investment funds.
Francesco holds a Master's degree in Economics and has earned a Master's in 'Accounting, Auditing & Control' from Luigi Bocconi Commercial University.
