Giancarlo is a founding partner and Managing Partner of CapitaLink.
He has gained significant experience in assisting with the evaluation and implementation of investments and divestments, in the negotiation of financing contracts and debt restructurings, and in the structuring of complex operations, especially in the real estate sector.
Giancarlo has held and still holds the position of auditor or board member of numerous nationally and internationally prominent companies, including: Rinascente, Upim, Enel Real Estate, Tamerice Immobiliare, Blumarin Ifil group, Pliva Pharma, GE Capital, Pirelli RE, Dresdner Bank, and various companies of the Deutsche Bank group.
He has been a member or Chairman of numerous Advisory Committees of Public or Private Real Estate Funds, both listed and unlisted, and of numerous Supervisory Bodies of leading national companies.
Giancarlo graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce, has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1999, and speaks Italian, English, and French.
