Giuseppina is the Area Manager at CapitaLink.
She is a lawyer, registered with the Messina Bar Association since 2016, and serves as a bankruptcy trustee, manages over-indebtedness crisis resolution procedures, and is qualified as an expert for negotiated crisis resolution introduced by the CCII.
She earned her PhD in the field of insolvency procedures and currently holds the position of Research Fellow and contract lecturer at the University of Messina in commercial law and business crisis, as well as a lecturer at private training institutions. She is the author of numerous publications in sector-specific journals and in collected works dedicated to the CCII.
Giuseppina graduated in Law with the highest honors from the University of Messina and was a Visiting PhD Student at Harvard University (MA) and Columbia University (NY).
