Marco is a founding partner and CEO of CapitaLink.
He has overseen numerous corporate finance and capital market projects such as buy-outs, divestments, mergers, and financial restructurings, as well as M&A projects for both national and international clients.
He served as CEO of American Appraisal Corporate Finance for Italy in 2008-2009. During 2005-2008, he worked in Lehman Brothers in London, in the Principal Finance group, with responsibility for managing the bank's investments in the Fixed Income sector in Italy.
Additionally, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services for seven years, both in the Rome and New York offices.
Marco holds a degree in Economics and Commerce (graduated cum laude), and has been a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor since 2002.
