Mirko is a Partner at CapitaLink and an expert in corporate finance.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in numerous debt restructuring projects, including within codified procedures (from the current Business Crisis and Insolvency Code and the previous Bankruptcy Law) and in assisting companies in their search for bank and/or leasing financing.
In his role, he has supported Italian companies and international groups in extraordinary finance operations, focusing on the drafting and analysis of business plans for start-ups and mature companies, Purchase Price Allocation - IFRS/SFAS processes, Impairment Test activities, company valuations and the valuation of Intangible Assets, and the drafting of Information Memorandums.
Previously, he dealt with asset management in funds (GPF) for Altinia SIM, analysis and evaluation of asset wealth (tangible and intangible) for Task S.r.l., and for several years held the role of Senior Manager in the multinational group American Appraisal.
Mirko holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and has obtained a Master's in "Banking and Finance" from the CUOA Foundation (University Centre for Business Organisation).
