Roberta Ocone is a Senior Manager at CapitaLink.
Throughout her professional career, she has had the opportunity to work with both startups and SMEs, as well as large companies, on various extraordinary finance projects such as financial due diligence (buy side & sell side) and corporate valuation, M&A transactions, Venture Capital and Private Equity deals, restructuring, and debt valuation (UTP & NPL), as well as Audit & Budgeting.
At CapitaLink, she is responsible for providing support in structuring new financing operations (Business Plan, Information Memorandum, etc.) submitted to banks and other investment committees. She focuses on creating added value for clients through the best possible support and contributing to the company's growth by expanding the commercial network.
Previously, she worked in the M&A department of KPMG (main project being the acquisition of Golden Goose by Permira for €1.3 billion) and in the Finance department of Nestlé.
Roberta graduated with honors and received a commendation for her academic performance in Business Administration from the University of Naples Federico II. She also holds a Level II master's degree in Finance, Audit & Control from IPE Business School and an online master's degree in Communication.
